Delivery Times:
Ready-made design: Immediately receive the link to the ordered products.
Custom Orders: For book covers it takes about 2-5 working days (Mon - Fri), book illustrations and book formatting will depend on the customer's order requirement.
Payment Method: We use PayPal for secure and efficient payment processing. All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise noted.
Please understand there is no cancellations to the Ready-made design. For the custom order, the customer will have to pay based on the work process.
Ready-made designs: No cancellation, no refunds.
Customized Orders: After deducting the cost that the customer must pay based on the designer's work progress, we will refund the remaining amount to the customer within 2-3 working days. The transaction may incur a fee, the customer is requested to pay this additional fee.
