Products: We sell book design, book cover design, and offer customizable services.
Custom Orders: Customized products are made-to-order based on the specifications provided by the customer.
Geographic Availability: Our services are online services so we offer worldwide collab.
Delivery Times:
Ready made design: Immediately receive the link to the ordered products.
Custom Orders: For book covers it takes about 2-5 working days (Mon - Fri), book illustrations and book formatting will depend on the customer's order requirement.
Payment Method: We use PayPal for secure and efficient payment processing. All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise noted.
Please understand there is no cancellations to the Ready-made design. For the custom order, the customer will have to pay based on the work process.
Ready-made designs: No cancellation, no refunds.
Customized Orders: After deducting the cost that the customer must pay based on the designer's work progress, we will refund the remaining amount to the customer within 2-3 working days. The transaction may incur a fee, the customer is requested to pay this additional fee.
LalavamBookDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
